Appointment requests
Submitting the booking form creates an appointment request. The clinic will confirm your slot by phone or WhatsApp. A requested slot is held only until the clinic confirms it, and timings may need to be adjusted.
Cancellations
Please inform the clinic as early as possible if you cannot attend, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
